User Agreement
This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the "Get Rate" website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and its visitors (hereinafter referred to as "Users").
Basic Principles
1.1 The subject matter of this Agreement is the provision of services to the User regarding electronic exchange points and the exchange of cash and electronic currencies in accordance with the procedures set forth in this Agreement.
1.2 By visiting the Service’s website, the User fully agrees to this Agreement and undertakes to comply with the rules established by the Administration, regardless of whether the User is aware of the Agreement’s contents.
1.3 The Service reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The current version of the Agreement will be available on the Service’s "User Agreement" page.
Procedure for Providing Services
2.1 The user accesses the Service's website independently by visiting the relevant web pages of the Service.
2.2 The Service reserves the right to refuse to provide services to the User, with the option of specifying the reason for the refusal.
2.3 Use of content from the Service’s website is permitted only if a direct link to the source is provided and is accessible to search engines.
Obligations and Responsibilities of the Parties
3.1 The Service shall not be liable for any disruptions in the communication channels that support the Service, nor for any losses that the User has incurred or may incur as a result of using or failing to use the Service.
3.2 The Service is not responsible for the content of comments and posts made by Users or third parties on the website.
3.3 The Service is not responsible for the functionality or content of links or hyperlinks on the website that lead to other websites on the Internet.
3.4 The Service is not liable for any loss or leakage of User data, including login credentials for accessing the Account.
3.5 The owners of the cryptocurrency exchanges listed on this website are solely responsible for their operations.
3.6 The Service reserves the right to modify or delete User posts that violate the rules without prior notice.
3.7 The Service strives to verify the accuracy of the information, but cannot guarantee its absolute accuracy.
3.8 The User is required to rely on the information provided by the Service regarding currency exchange locations and to analyze this information in order to use exchange locations with a clearly positive reputation. If the User does not have sufficient data for analysis (a small number of reviews or none at all) or simply has doubts based solely on personal biases, the Service recommends that they conduct a test exchange for a minimal amount at the selected exchange point and/or exchange funds in installments.
3.9 The owner of the exchange platform bears sole responsibility for the exchange transactions conducted on the platform, as the entity providing services within the exchange platform.
3.10 The service provides exchange rates based on data provided by the exchanges and is not responsible for any discrepancies in those rates.
3.11 Users are required to adhere to the rules of online etiquette and ethics, as well as the laws of the country of which they are citizens.
3.12 The user is required to keep their account access credentials confidential and not disclose them to third parties.
3.13 The user agrees not to interfere with the operation of the Service by tampering with its software or hardware, or by altering the parameters transmitted to the Service.
3.14 Multi-accounting in any form is prohibited.
Privacy Policy
4.1 The Privacy Policy is set forth in the *Privacy section of the Service’s website and forms part of this Agreement.
Other Terms and Conditions
5.1 The Service shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure.
5.2 Complaints regarding the Service may be submitted electronically via the feedback form located in the *Contacts section of the Service's website.
5.3 An exchange that has made a deposit with the service is entitled to request a refund; such requests are processed within one week, provided there are no outstanding financial obligations to the service or to a user.
Terms and Conditions for Adding Funds to a User Account
6.1 Funds credited to a user's account balance may be used exclusively for services on the Service's website.
6.2 Funds credited to a user's account are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn.
6.3 Funds credited to a user's account cannot be used for any currency exchange transactions; the Service does not facilitate the exchange of cryptocurrency or any other currency. All exchanges take place through third-party exchange platforms.
Accuracy of Information and Limitation of Liability
7.1 The GetRate Service acts solely as an information aggregator and is not a party to the exchange transactions conducted between the User and the exchange services.
7.2 Exchange rate information is displayed on the Service in an automated manner and is for informational purposes only. The GetRate Administration does not guarantee that the displayed rate will be current at the moment the User transitions to the exchange service's website. The actual rate, fees, limits, and exchange conditions may vary depending on the transaction amount, the exchange service's internal policies, and the time of the transaction.
7.3 The administration does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of descriptions of exchange platforms, user reviews, notifications, or other information. This information may be out of date.
7.4 The User acknowledges and agrees that they use the information on the Service at their own risk. The User is solely responsible and obligated to independently verify all exchange conditions (including the final rate, applicable fees, verification requirements, and limits) directly on the selected exchange service's website prior to initiating the transaction.
7.5 The GetRate Administration shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental damages, lost profits, or any other negative consequences arising from:
- Discrepancies between the actual exchange rate and the rate displayed on the Service
- Errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information regarding an exchange service
- The inability to complete an exchange under the conditions specified on the GetRate website
7.6 If a User discovers an inaccuracy, GetRate is obligated to review the User’s request and make the necessary corrections (where applicable and feasible) within a reasonable timeframe.
